All prices are nett unless otherwise quoted by a member of the EPS sales team.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Where possible we will attempt to give at least 1 months notice of any price changes.

Once we receive a purchase order, we will deem this as a contract to supply. Accordingly, at no point can this order be cancelled without agreement from a member of the EPS management team. If the cancellation is refused, you will be liable to pay the full costs of goods listed on the purchase order.

Damages or Shortages: Any damages or shortages must be notified in writing within 5 working days. If not reported within 5 working days you will be liable for payment of goods.

Returns: The return of goods must be agreed in writing with a senior member of the EPS staff. Returns maybe subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Payment: Invoice payment settlement terms are strictly 30days nett from end of month unless otherwise agreed by a member of the EPS management.

Warranty: Products are supplied with a 12 month warranty from invoice date, unless otherwise stated.

Liability: In the event a product is found to be defective, we will replace the item free of charge. We will not accept liability for any consequential costs.
